Dry White Wine I.G.T. Veneto
The grapes are pressed and the juice is separated from the solid parts ,then cooled down and left to decant in stainless steel tank where the following temperature controlled fermentation is carried out . The temperature is carefully kept under control in order to have a temperature between 15 to 18 ° C that allows to conserve the aromas. After the fermentation is completed it is then conserved a few weeks and finally bottled.

A wine preferably to be drunk very young but can be kept for 3 or 4 years
|Color : pale yellow with slight green flashes
Nose : fruit aromas , of apple with a touch of mineral and honey
Taste : soft and refreshing with smooth aftertaste
Serve chilled around 10 to 12 °C
Food Matching : spicy starters ,white meats , fish and pastas with green sauces ( like Pesto).
