Dry Red Wine D.O.C.
Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara.
Production process:
The grapes are harvested in September and soft pressed and left to macerated and ferment for 8 to 10 days at a temperature around 24° C living the wine a fruity nose. The wine is t5hen decanted and separated from all solid parts and left for the malolactic fermentation to be completed. After the wine is then kept in stainless steel tanks before being bottled a few months later.
Total Alcool content 12%
Total Acidity in tartaric acid 5.7 grams per liter
A wine preferably to be drunk very young and within the year. If the wine is stored properly at a constant temperature around 15°C, in horizontal position in absence of light it will maintain and keep for2 years.
Color : intense , ruby red
Nose : fruity   of raspberry, strawberry
Taste : soft , velvety
Serve can be served slightly chilled in summer and can be opened just before enjoying.
Food Matching : Starters and various types of salami and ham , a wine that can be used for the whole meal if made –up of delicate tastes, but excellent with pastas with tomatoes based sauces.
